How do Tesla's recall figures, impact combustion figures and safety records rank against those of other manufacturers?

Just curious where the true figures are amongst the completely valid and schadenfreudlich dunking on Elon Musk.

I have a dumb car question too. The infiniti logo fell off of my hubcap. I have it, but the plastic clip that held it on is broken. What glue could I use to fasten it securely? Kinda looks like this:



It turns out, at least in my case, that the logo itself is a plastic piece that has little tabs that insert into the hub cap. I didn't know that until it fell off.

Unless you've already fixed it, I'd suggest either a plastic epoxy or some JB Weld. Both would work but JB Weld will likely be more durable and heat resistant over time. I've repaired a lot of fasteners and structural parts with JB Weld over the years, it's pretty incredible.
