Yeah, I'll be honest as much I did love GoT. The side missions especially felt a bit repetitive after a while. Same thing with Days Gone and even Elden Ring. Think that's just a byproduct of large open world games. There's only so many different missions and things you can do.Furious wrote: Sat Oct 18, 2025 12:59 pm I played through a lot of GoT, but eventually it got too repetitive. I wanted to see more of the story, but it was just too much "open world" for me to get through. Same thing happened to AC Shadows this year, which is a game I liked even more gameplay wise and first AC game in over a decade I've enjoyed, but that also had just too much content for me to play through.
What game are you currently playing?

My main game lately has been Valheim. Any other Vikings here?

Back into Assassins Creed: Shadows
After hundreds of hours, today I discovered that in Photo Mode, one can change to time of day and thereby choose the lighting.
As a byproduct of this, it reveals the actual in-game time of day.
Small details in an absolutely huge game
For example, it was night when I discovered these guys practicing, but for the photo, it's full sun
